Where can I get support for this station?

It depends on who you purchased it from. Radio Shack has told me that they no longer support the hardware. If you bought your station from Oregon Scientific or Huger click through on their websites for support. There are also some Unofficial Support Channels such as the WeatherMatrix WX-200 BBS listed on the Main Page.

What is the difference between WX-200 and the WM-918?

The name only.

Then who actually manufactures the WX-200/WM-918?

The station is manufactured by a company in Hong Kong called IDT. It was then resold to Radio Shack (it has since been discontinued and is no longer supported), Oregon Scientific, and Huger.

What's the deal with the temperature sensor malfunctioning?
