Not as cruel as it sounds, you could theoretically outfit your kitty sweater with a wireless cam & battery pack. X10.com sells battery packs that last as long as 4 hours.

Status: Project not yet attempted.

Precedent: None that I know of. If you do, email me. Many "Cat Cams" exist but they are generally showing cats, not transmitted by cats.
