THESE FORUMS HAVE MOVED TO ACCUWEATHER.COM

I am happy to announce that the WeatherMatrix Forums (including all active accounts and past postings) have moved to AccuWeather.com, who has donated the (quite large) servers, bandwidth and new, much better forum software.

What this means is:

You will be able to post more, easier

Server slowdowns will no longer be a problem

Thousands of new users will join in the discussions (starting after the Holidays when the Forums are promoted on AccuWeather.com)

You will get a current weather conditions magnet next to your posts

You will be recognized as a founding member next to your posts

We will be able to monitor and moderate bad posts quicker and easier

We will be able to approve accounts immediately without spammers getting in the way

The site design surrounding the forums will change from WeatherMatrix to AccuWeather.com

I will still be the Moderator (hopefully that's not a bad thing!)

In trade for what AccuWeather has done for us, there will be advertisements in the new design unless you are a member of their Premium (30-day free trial) or Pro (30-day free trial) services. If you are concerned about this, email me at community @ accuweather.com.
