[STORMREPORTS] 8" of rain in NC
NWS NEXRAD Storm Total Rainfall (Current):
Doppler radar indicates that over 8" of rain has fallen in parts of Eastern
North Carolina at times during the past three days, mostly last night. The
following flooding reports were issued last night:
