"Walter and Mary Jane Kalinowski were in their car on a well-traveled
Lorain street when the storm turned a railroad underpass into an ocean of
water that they couldn't escape, NewsChannel5 reported. The East 21st
Street underpass filled with water after 2.8 inches of rain fell in about a
half-hour."
