Agreed, my humidity here at my station in Central PA in Centre County has
been as low as 15% this week, which has only happened a handful of times
since I've lived here. Red flag warnings are up through much of the
state. I have also had an unusually long stretch of time (for this time of
year) without rain, and an unusual number of completely clear days. In
fact I've measured almost 100% solar energy for the 6th day in a row today.

I have also only had 0.02" of rain since April 4th (>10 days).
A quick check of AccuWeather.com Professional shows that the lowest
humidities in the Northeast today were 9% (temp 61, dewpoint 3 and temp 59,
dewpoint 2) at
WESTFIELD/BARNES MUN ARPT, MA (BAF)
CHICOPEE FALLS/WESTOVER AF, MA (CEF)
While generally the lowest humidities are found in the southwest U.S.,
there have been some Eastern locations popping up in the list in the last
couple of days:
