Winds of 55 knots (63 mph) and 28-foot seas are forecast with a subtropical
low pressure system off the Carolina coast. A Storm Warning is in effect.

to the tune of sustained winds at 55 knots (63 mph) reported by ship 4XFP
at 18Z.
