Minimum temperature of this night was -22.9 C! It is -8 F. Cold is causing some tropospheric ducting and Latvian Television is having much better signal than usual. I hope that I'll be able to see Finnish tv channels too. Right now, temperature is near -15.1 C(4.7 F) and rising. Because of the cold, I can't go home from grandparents place today. Maybe tomorrow.
