The Weather Service reported 23.4'' at near by T.F. Greene Airport . The
blizzard is reported to be second biggest since records have been kept .
The great blizzard of Feb 6, 1978 holds the number 1 spot. Both R.I.
and the state of MASS are under a state of emergency today 1/24/2005.
