I would tend to agree, generally snow + subfreezing roadways + traffic =
ice. It doesn't make much sense that even with forecasts of 'a dusting'
( an inch is a dusting up here anyway) that roadcrews wouldn't be ready
to spread checmical, particularly in an area where the drivers are
little less used to the conditions....
