Station S58, a Gulf of Mexico station (oil rig I guess) reported Snow
Grains and light rain at 1055 a.m. today.
Snow, sleet and "Unknown Precip" (automated stations can't tell - usually
indicates something wintery or a mix) have been reported across the Gulf
coast at various locations throughout the day.

Radars are showing snow from Southern Texas to Mobile Alabama (most of the
precipitation is evaporating before it hits the ground.

with the exception of parts of Texas and most of the Florida coast.
