Believe it or not, the remnant circulation of Hurricane Ivan is re-entering
the Gulf of Mexico today!

"The swirl that was part of Ivan last week has pushed into the Gulf of
Mexico. The weak low pressure system will slowly spin westward Wednesday.
Showers and thunderstorms will form near the low throughout the day.
Conditions may become favorable for the low to become more organized and
strengthen over the next several days as it tracks toward the Texas coast. "
