Typhoon Chaba continues to pass through Guam as the storm is
centered nearly 50 miles southeast of the island of Titian early
Sunday morning, EDT. Winds were sustained at 125 mph with gusts of
over 155 mph, and the storm was moving west at 13 mph. The storm will
continue to move west before taking a turn to the northwest over the
next 12-24 hours. The storm will continue to approach the southern
parts of Japan over the next 3-4 days.

With Typhoon Chaba moving through the Mariana Islands, winds were
quite gusty over Titian island and down through Guam. At Titian
Island, winds were gusting over 80 mph early Sunday morning, EDT, and
sustained winds on the island were over 55 mph. Saipan was seeing
winds sustained at 50 mph with gusts to nearly Typhoon force.
Rainfall was also quite extreme as Agana, Guam, saw over 5.67 inches
of rainfall in 24 hours.

Typhoon Aere was continuing on its track towards eastern China and
northern Taiwan as the storm was centered nearly 375 miles south of
Naha, Okinawa, Japan, early Sunday morning, EDT. Winds were sustained
at 75 mph with gusts of over 90 mph, as it moved northwest at 14 mph.
The storm will likely continue to slowly intensify as it moves
towards the mainland.

Tropical Storm Estelle was continuing to move on a generally
westward movement at 10 mph as of early Sunday morning, EDT. The
storm was centered 885 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii, with
sustained winds of 60 mph and gusts to 70 mph. The storm is expected
to weaken as it moves southward of Hilo.

On Calayan Island, in the northern Philippines, over 4.1 inches
of rain fell during the day Sunday. This is mostly from Typhoon Aere
moving into the region. Another 1.4 inches of rain fell during the
evening on Sunday to add to the 4.1 inches from earlier in the day.
