"SEATTLE -- A powerful, warm and wet midwinter storm that sent creeks and
rivers to flood stage continued to cause flooding this morning.

Meanwhile, high winds knocked down trees, causing scattered outages all
over Western Washington.

A high wind warning was in effect for Island County until 8 a.m. Friday for
sustained winds of 35 to 45 mph and gusts to 60."
