"The semi collided with a pickup truck while crossing the bridge early
Friday morning. In the accident, the semi overturned about halfway over the
guardrail and is leaning over the edge of the bridge.

The driver was able to get out of his cab OK, which was also leaning over
the edge of the bridge.

However, strong winds in the area are making recovery efforts of the truck
difficult. Air 4 pilot Roger Fox says winds in the area were blowing around
45 mph. "
