"EDDYVILLE, Ky. (AP)--A maximum-security prison in western Kentucky was
without running water Wednesday after its supply line was ruptured by
lightning.

The break occurred Monday night when a bolt struck a 300,000-gallon tower
tank that feeds water into the 800-inmate Kentucky State Penitentiary. "
