Went to get the Sunday newspaper, about 1/4 mile from home/office. Cranked up the 4-Wheel Dodge pickup and drove out.
Measured snowfall to be about 2.25. Road is a sheet of ice.
Snow appears to be in the beginning stages of changing over to sleet and/or freezing rain.
Current temperature reading is 28.6, and it continues to fall from a high of around 31 at 0700.
