A MODERATE RISK of severe thunderstorms has been issued by the SPC for the
Deep South, including eastern Mississippi, all of Alabama, and western Georgia.

There is a 5% chance of tornadoes in some areas of the Deep South.
There is a 35% chance of high winds meeting severe criteria.
There is a 10% chance of winds over 65 knots.
There is a 15% chance of hail meeting severe criteria.

TWO Tornado Watches are already in effect this Tuesday morning, covering
parts of Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee.
