Mild-weather snow with high winds:

Yesterday afternoon, 13 November, while the local WeatherBug station was
reporting a temperature of 45 F, under a turbulent, mostly cloudy
stratocumulus sky and with winds of 30 mph gusting to considerably higher,
sporadic snowflakes were falling in Radnor, PA (western Philadelphia suburbs).
