Hidi-ho good neighbors. Greetings from the wind blown high desert of the mid
Atlantic. At 12:59 this afternoon the wind gusted out of the NNW at 63 mph. It
is a new high gust for the month of November surpassing 60 mph set on several
occasions and last set on November 2, 1999. Several reporting stations in my
region reported higher gusts so I will count myself lucky. A trace of snowfall
has descended upon my homestead in the hills. Further up the mountain the
ground is white with about a tenth or two of accumulation. Until later.
