North and Central Florida finally saw some much cooler and drier weather during the past 24 hours. The low temperature in the state this morning was 41 deg. at Crestview in the panhandle north and 45 deg. at Brooksville on the central peninsula. Here in suburban SW Plant City east of Tampa I had 51 deg.
