Residents of NW South Carolina were greeted to clear, crisp weather
this morning. Some unofficial temperatures from around the area
included 45 degrees at my location near Seneca, 38 degrees at Boone's
Creek, in the Northern part of Oconee County, 39 degrees at Salem,
also located in the Northern part of Oconee County, 35 degrees at
Tallulah Falls, Georgia, located in the mountains of NE Georgia, and
34 degrees in Cashiers, NC, located in the Southern Blue Ridge
Mountains. The NWS has issued a frost advisory for tonight for the
mountains of N.C. Reinforcing cold air should arrive late in the
week, causing many areas to once again flirt with frost!
