QUOTES:
"Severe weather ranging from blinding rains to a weak tornado clobbered
parts of Logan County, weather and emergency officials said Friday night.

An F-0 tornado hit rural Broadwell about 5:45 p.m., according to the
National Weather Service in Lincoln. F-0 is the weakest classification for
a tornado, but the storm was still strong enough to seriously damage the
Roger Sutton residence.

Damaging winds, estimated at 30 mph to 40 mph, and heavy rain hit Mount
Pulaski about 15 minutes later, said Dan Fulscher, Logan County Emergency
Services and Disaster Agency director. Eight homes and 35 to 40 trees were
damaged there, Fulscher said."
