Southern Berkeley County here. 24 hour rainfall as of 7am was 2.2 inches.
At about 1am this morning the strongest feeder band of the storm moved thru
my location. Winds gusted to 58mph and had .5 inches of rain in 20 minutes.
The wierdest thing was that the temp jumped 10 degrees. Temps had been
running around 64 during the entire storm but when this feeder band moved thru the
temp jumped to 73 degrees for about 20 minutes and then started falling back
off.
All in all not too bad. Heading out this morning to do some damage surveying.
Will
Inwood, WV
