Re: [STORMREPORTS] Severe T-Storm At WeatherMatrix HQ

I have posted the following additional information to a new webpage along
with additional imagery:
http://www.weathermatrix.net/2003/0828/

Graphs from my weather station (keep in mind I was on the other side of
town which did not experience the core of the storm) indicated the severity
of the storm -- for 15 minutes, the Solar sensor dropped to 0 WM2 -- the
solar sensor could detect no incoming light -- which is the equivalent of
darkness experienced at 8pm or 6am this time of year. This storm also
caused a large pressure jump, from 29.98" Hg before to 30.07" during and
back to 29.98" after. The temperature also fell nearly 10 degrees in a
couple of minutes. The lighting detector registered over 800 "lightning
counts" in one minute at 10:42 am and over 100,000 counts for the day.
These are near all-time records and are unprecedented for one storm.
