At my home here in Central PA, the low temperature this morning was 76.2
F. This is the second highest minimum temperature reading in the period of
record (1997 on). The record was 77.2 F recorded on July 29, 2002. We
were at 80 degrees as late as 4am, which I am pretty sure is a new
record. We are also at 80 degrees at 8 a.m.

Other hot stations in the Northeast:
New York LaGuardia (LGA) dipped only to 78 and was 80 at 8 a.m.
Baltimore MD did not report overnight but was 81 degrees between 6 and 8 a.m.
Dozens of stations had low temperatures or 6-8 a.m. temperatures in the
upper 70's.
Apparent temperatures and RealFeel temperatures were in the upper 80's to
low 90's on the East Coast at 8 a.m.
