Partly sunny; hot and humid
High 92° F / RealFeel 104° F

They are predicting a RealFeel of 108 for New York City Thursday.

I had 93 today at my station here at WeatherMatrix HQ in Central
Pennsylvania, which rates in the top 10 if not top 5 high temperatures
(all-time since station was put up in 1997) for this station.

Official local temperature was only 86. If Thursday is really supposed to
be 6 degrees warmer, that'll have me near 100! Generally I don't disagree
with the local station that much, and this year the weather station should
be more accurate than last year because the sensor is located further away
from the house. Probably was a local variability and I'll end up at 93
again on Thursday. Of course both stations are located higher than the
standard 6 feet... my low station in a Stevenson Screen 1.5 feet off the
ground and in the trees reported 87 degrees. That could account for the
difference, it's really rare for us to be this wet this time of year.
