[STORMREPORTS] Tornado Reports & More from the Northern Plains

At 8:45pm Eastern, there were 17 Tornado Warnings, 10 Severe Thunderstorm
Warnings, 4 Severe Thunderstorm Watches, and 1 Tornado Watch in effect for
the Northern Plains.

On the WeatherMatrix StormMatrix National NEXRAD Storm Information Table,
there were an incredible 5 TVS (Tornadic Vortex Signatures) and 47
Mesocyclones detected. 83 storms with severe hail were detected, ranging
from 0.75" to 3.00" in diameter.
