"Weather expert Matthias Habel analysed the situation after the severe
tornado-thunderstorm, which hit the Eifel village Acht on June 10th 2003
with extraordinary violence Summing up all I saw and heard, I believe (and
I point out that I am not an expert on this special field), that Acht was
hit by one or two tornados with a minimum intensity according to Fujita of
'F2', more likely 'F3'"
