Official stats from the NWS for Concord, NC (KJQF) indicate that the
temperature has fallen from 82 at 20Z yesterday to 37 at 14Z this morning,
a 45 degree drop in 18 hours.

Lexington, NC (KEXX) has fallen from 81 to 37 this morning.

Both stations are reporting rain currently but snow is being reported in
the North Carolina mountains, foothills and northern piedmont.
