Lots of high water around Cumberland County PA (west of Harrsiburg) tonight, so far, the only stream in the southern part of the county I found out of its banks is the Yellow Breeches, most places it is extreme bankful, but there was one spot where it was over the road as far as I could see (Along McCormick Road in Upper Allen Twp for you locals). There was no warning and I almost plowed into it with my car, fortunatly, there are new brakes on it.
Harrisburg is expected river flooding this weekend. Flood stage on the Susquehanna River is 17' with a crest expected Sunday AM of 21'
