[STORMREPORTS] 20 Flood Warnings Just Issued in Central PA...

The NWS in State College, PA, home of WeatherMatrix HQ, just issued about
20 flood warnings in ONE statement at 1pm. Already this morning before the
heavy rain began, streams and creeks in the State College area were ALREADY
at the top of their banks due to the recent snow melt.

A flood watch is in effect for 3/4 of the state and over a dozen counties
have issued Flood Warnings.

Flood statements have been issued in over 20 states in the East with more
than 50 counties under Flood Warnings at this very moment.

Here's one of the worst in the area,

West Branch Susquehanna River at Lewisburg, PA, gauge has gone from 4 to 14
feet in the last week.
