The National Weather Service has issued an urban flood warning for most of Tampa Bay until Sunday morning. Rain has been falling steady for more than 24 hours. River flood warnings are also in effect. A tornado was reported earlier in Polk county Florida. Here at Grayfox Weather we received just over 2 inches of rain between 7 Am (Saturday) and midnight.
