A Rescue worker said, "It looked like Mother Nature took a broom and swept it all away,"
as he and others searched through battered houses and splintered mobile homes in Morgan County, Tennessee, following a violent storm that tore through the community of Mossy Glade November 10.
Volunteers from at least sixteen neighboring counties have responded to effects of the officially designated F-5 tornado. Many residents were trapped inside their homes as the winds, estimated above 90 mph, tore their residences apart.
"Nothing could have prevented the loss," an official said.
