Very heavy rains near Beaumont and also Houston TX last night. YahooGroups

Im getting a heavy downpour here...Houston is
currently under tornado & flash flood warnings.
Almost knee deep in front of the house just atthe end
of my driveway.
I haven't seen this kind of event since the training
of TS Allison(38 inches in 24 hours)

6-8 inches fell in a 7 hour period(3pm-10pm) in
Houston causing major flooding with bayous north of
downtown to overflow their banks. Training of these
slow moving storms were similar to T.S. Allison.
