AccuWeather.com says:

"Snow will develop across Wyoming and gradually spread east and
southward through Tuesday and Tuesday night. This will cover portions of
South Dakota and western Nebraska. Snowfall through Wednesday morning
should be 1-3 inches for most areas; however, in upslope flow areas
(western South Dakota and eastern Wyoming), 3-6 inches is expected.
There can be locally higher amounts during this time period."

>From a Grand Island, NE Newspaper:

"Although Grand Island residents may see some snow on the ground by
Wednesday, they likely will be able to leave their snow shovels in the
garage. Meteorologist Jared Guyer of the National Weather Service office
in Hastings said forecasts are calling for rain on Tuesday, with the
"first potential snowfall late Tuesday or early Wednesday."
