This station, located in Northwest South Carolina and the "drought
belt", received 10.04" of rain for the month of September. Most of
the rain came from the remnants of Tropical Storms Hanna and
Isidore. While this welcomed rain did not break the ongoing drought,
it did help. Maybe some of Lili will visit our backyards?
