A ship in the Gulf, C6FM6, reported 53-knot winds with 20 foot waves at
12Z this morning. That seems a bit high and the nearest ob was 30 knot
winds with 12 foot waves (not insignificant), of course the Gulf
is a big place.

they flagged it because it seemed out of the ordinary?
