General notes: Times are GMT (Z), which at the moment is five hours ahead
of Central Time.
There are two (possibly three) flights in the system at the moment This
report is from AF 963, which is the 21st mission into the system.
The vortex message has just come out:
As of 2026Z

Minimum pressure 936 millibars
Closed circular eye 20 nautical miles in diameter
Maximum flight level wind 117KT, reported at 1851 Z in the SE quadrant.
The time delay on these messages is due to processing at the TPC before
release.
They also wait for a fix about 30 minutes before they release a new
advisory, which is out now.
If Isidore moves toward the upper Texas coast, I'll be chiming in with some
conditions as time permits.
