As most of you know I am not a professional weather forecaster but it appears to me that everything is setup for Isidore to follow the same track Opal did a few years back. The high over Florida will not let the storm come ashore here along the West coast. The trough in the West won't let it go towards Texas or the Yucatan. That leaves only one direction it can go, stright to the North. This means it will follow nearly the same teack as Opal. This is of course just my opinion and if you live anywhere along the Gulf of Mexico you should use information provided by the National Weather Service to make life and death decisions. If you want to get that information you can use the links on my website.
