Finally+ACE- Total Rainfall for Meadville (at my house) - Northwestern, PA was 1.87 inches. That brings us to 1.96 inches for September (about average) and 20.23 inches for the year (about 1 inch under average). Were a lot better off than the Central and Eastern sections of Pennsylvania.
