Okay, we have just received our 1100CDT report from the NWS. Fay has straighthened to a stronger TS. Winds are now estimated to be steady at 60mph, with higher gusts in localized storms.
Downtown Houston is now receiving a heavy downpour, and winds are gusty. So far, where I am (about 30 miles NW of downtown,) it is cloudy, and the winds are calm.
Next post as I have information to share.
Jeff
