"OKLAHOMA CITY -- Strong storms moved across Oklahoma early this
morning, leaving nearly 20,000 Oklahoma Gas and Electric customers
without power.

High winds were also reported, including an 80-mph gust recorded in
Weatherford, 70 mph at Seiling and 69 mph in Norman.

Lightning is blamed for starting at least one house fire in Oklahoma
City."
