[STORMREPORTS] heavy rain and hail hit southwestern Germany

"A woman and her baby were injured Tuesday as heavy rain and hail hit
southwestern Germany, flooding cellars and temporarily shutting down the
Stuttgart airport. Downtown streets in Tuebingen were closed for more than
an hour Monday night and smaller roads remained closed Tuesday. The German
weather service predicted more wet weather for the southwest Wednesday and
Thursday. It said the same system is moving toward the eastern states of
Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt, which are cleaning up after the Elbe River
reached all-time high levels, causing widespread flooding."
