"Storms cause disruption in Belgium (Associated Press)
Overnight storms caused disruption in parts of Belgium Saturday, flooding
streets and basements and forcing the closure of busy road tunnels in the
capital Brussels. Heavy rain fell over much of the country Friday night and
early Saturday morning, but authorities said nobody was hurt and damage to
property was not widespread."
