There were funnel clouds spotted in Northwest Ohio, Williams county
by civilians. At this time the reports say that there was strong
rotations above West Unity, Ohio. I took some video footage of a
funnel cloud forming. This was my first chase. There was a tornado
warning in effect thru 5:30 p.m. friday night August 23, 2002. All
funnel clouds disappated quickly. No Tornados reported.
