Early this morning (August 19) at approx. 1:45 am a severe thunder storm
struck the Green Mountain area, dropping hail in excess of an inch in
diameter, (bigger than quarters) After i reported this to Environement
Canada, a Severe Thunder storm warning was issued. The storm only dropped
0.31" of rain.

Those of you who live in Northern Maine, you can see my pictures of the hail
tomorrow on WAGM-TV NewsSource 8 Evening Edition with Meteorologist Brian
Whitley.
