"Four dead, thousands left homeless in Venezuela flooding (Associated Press)
Venezuela's military began delivering food and clothing Tuesday to more
than 32,000 people displaced by floods that have killed four people in
Apure state. Heavy rain caused rivers to spill over their banks in the
low-lying plains, 560 kilometers (375 miles) southwest of Caracas,
inundating Guasdalito and nearby towns that are close to the Colombian
border. "
