We hit 94 yesterday and did not fall below 80 degrees until 1am. Our
morning low so far (7am) has been 77. Our normal low is 62. Both of those
overnight temps are records for this year and perhaps past years as well.

A number of places on the East Coast did not make it below 80 degrees last
night, including
the stations EWR (Newark NJ) & LGA (La Guardia NY), who were 80, and MTN &
DMH (Baltimore), and MQI (Manteo, NC) who were 81 at 6am.
