Heavy Rain in Texas
The Associated Press reported at 4:30 yesterday "The heaviest rain fell in
central Texas. By midday, Burnet had reported 4.76 inches of rain since
midnight, and nearly 5 inches in 30 hours. Four inches had fallen since
midnight at San Marcos and 2.58 fell at Austin."
